Question about PM and lvling for Forces

I'm quite confused about THE PM and levling the stats but from what I understand there are ways to lvl your PM to better synthisize weapons for your class... So I'm assuming that since i want to make staffs and such for my FO, i would want to get the MND up as much as possible? When i played around with my PM in the beta I gave him mates since I didnt use them, it got MND up, but more so POW. Shoudl i only try to consintrate on MND or is POW and MND good?

Mind is the hardest thing to raise at the moment and power is the easiest. if you do a search someone made a guide on how to create a 450 pm teh cheapest way.

Although it is indeed the cheapest way, it doesn't look like you'd have the most mind possible for a GH-450. If you don't mind spending the money, perhaps over a period of time, feed it simple Technic Disks (Foie, Barta, or Zonde). They cost 500 meseta each, and is the cheapest way of getting a GH-450 with 100 Mind.
