Will I be able to play offline without my driv-- errr.... Guardian License? 'Cause isn't there some sort of problem, where I wont be able to get one.... or something like that... http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_confused.gif

Guardians License is just to play online, it's basically the online fee subscription.

You need an internet connection (not a guardian's license) for the PC storymode and offline mode.

Only PC ? On 360 i need to register online for play story mode offline ?

Without a driver's license you will not be able to use the vehicles in story mode.

Anyways, the only platform that needs an internet connection to play -offline- is the PC, supposedly because of the gameguard. From what I've heard, you only need to be online on the 360 if you're going to play online.
