I can't connect, it's giving me this error:

No. 033
Network Connection Error.
No response from the DNS server.

I have no router or firewall.
My sister is able to connect with the PS2 version...

Too many people attempting to connect maybe? I think thats a FFXI problem.

You should try the Tech Support Forum. (Over here at PSO World). You'll have a better chance to find an answer there than here in the General PSU forum. Best of luck.
