Error No. 21

... what error is this? Are the servers up? It says that I need a system update and that I need to update. But No.21 comes up. Any help?

Edit: Nvm it worked while i was away. I'll be playing Shaviyt Cast Ranger one Ps2. SEE YOU SOON!
