360 controller setup

I'm using a 360 controller on the PC. Does the game automatically assign the buttons in the right place or do i have to customize them myself. If so, whats the best way to put them?

Hopefully there is options, like "pc config" and "controller config"

I think you have to configure them yourself.

A Button - Pick Up Item
X Button - Attack
Y Button - Use PP or Special or w/e
Start - Bring up Menu
B Button - Pring up Action Palette
RB - Change Weapon... Eh.. State? Idk..

Those were most of the controls on the 360 version, they seemed to work fine during the beta.

Ok im on and once i got in the game the controller started working, its setup by default (I was given the option to cancel the patch download by using my controller)

i dont need the drivers, the controller works, i just want to know what the best button scheme is for the game, or if it automatically sets them up for you correctly. Every gamepad has buttons in different places so it could be different

i figured it out
