Nope, I have it reserved at Gamestop and have not got the call yet. I plan to purchase it at Best Buy. They have a special where you purchase a 1600points card for $5(usually $20) with the purchase of any 360 game. Hopefully they will have it in stock tomorrow.

I saw that they have the Gaurdian's License on LIVE last night, but it says $9.99 instead of 800 points. I hope this does not mean that you are forced to use a credit-card to play.

Yep! Just got back from buying my copy. Well, my 3 copies. One for me, one for my boyfriend, and one for his friend. We had to visit 2 separate EB's to find enough copies though. The first one we visited said they only received 4 copies of the PS2 version, and 2 of them were reserved. The second one claimed to have only received two copies. Thankfully neither were reserved, so we were able to get all 3 copies today.
