I've tried EVERYTHING, can someone PLEASE help me out a litt

im running into the problem where my PSU wont load at all after clicking network or story mode. there are no errors, and my computer is an alienware, so its pretty nice. ive installed the directx on the cd, reinstalled mulitple times, restarted my computer, updated my video card drivers, and even tried opening it on another username on my PC. PLEASE can someone help me out, i cant register at sega for no reason so i cant ask the tech guys there and i couldnt find a solution on their boards. ill <3 you forever

I'd say check your firewall but... yea that would generate errors, is it a black screen once you try to gain access into either network mode or story mode? or is it just shutting down

I've seen posts that you have to install the directx that comes on the disk.

I had the same problem, the DirectX fix worked fine for me.
