What about the cards?

I've been wondering, whats the main difference with cards and rods?

I know rods cant "attack", but I don't know if cards can. How many techniques can a card equip?

Lets say a card can have 4 techniques. Will it still get the 12% boost?

Cards cannot equip techs, they are instead an offhand ranged weapon akin to handguns.

Instead, it has a lock on feature where the bullets actually float for a second, then fly at monsters. It also gains more bullets based on PA level.
