That was pretty much a rough estimate date, and yes, people have, through one way or another...

I called my Gamestop AND EBGames (don't ask why, long story) and they both got in the PC version today - I live in NY btw. I didn't ask about the others. So yes, it is in stores.

In my opinion that's better than the 'in stores on the 24th!' message that was previously up.

Yea, and I called a local EB games and they said oct.26th so, hmm...

yeah what the hell is going on?

I thought the 360 version was delayed ONE day, if so that means the 360 version comes tomorrow (the 26th) considering the ps2 and PC version arrived here in eastern canada. Though EB says the 27th friday.. It happens to be the only place here that has said that.. so was there really a 2 day delay on 360?

Gamestop gives 'ships in 24 hours' on all versions now, so they should be getting their copies in store tomorrow.

Most likely Sega is just trying to cover their behind about all this and give a conservative date instead of the hopeful date that fell flat on its face.
