Cant access the billing playsega site

I use firefox, and I tried to make an account, and the first step on the site was to go to billing.playsega.com (or whatever it was), and it keeps giving me a 503 error, even when I'm using AOL. Anyone else getting this problem; does anyone know how to get to the site?
