i just got PSU today. i wander which universe r u guy in? i'm in 3 and nobody was there lol.

Ps. i use PS2 version ;P

Most people can't even get online anyways because the register site is either traffic jammed or supposedly 'unavaliable'.

The Billing Site is being ravaged as everyone tries to get a Guardian License. You were lucky enough to get though.

Uhm, the license page was only up a day or two ago. It's impossible for you to have had one a week ago.
