I figure they want the first few days to be pure psu... No gimmicks. they want people to experience PSU in its normal state.... ya know?

Is the event up and running? Are Hallo Rappies common, in the very beginning, and do they always drop one of the two items?

If not tommorow, from what psupedia stated, there are about 10 different updates next week. It should be one of those for next week.

I really did try to find out why the US doesn't have the Halloween Decorations yet (or ever...I hope not ever) I did a search but all is related to JP Servers from what I found so....

....Anyone know why they are not in PSU right now?

5 days is better then waiting another year to see them.

Besides--it isn't like they are physically putting the decorations up.

They simply flag the service on or off--and reset the server.
