I'm seriously going to start a pool (not a poll) on when people think the billing server will stop being raped by tens of thousands of players, and instead by only a few thousand players, allowing me to actually register. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

I can't even tell, is the billing actually down, or just lagged still?

It's probably BETTER that the subscription sites are down... Play the offline version.

I got that once after two hours of trying, couldn't load into the next segment of billing though, it's really pointless right now. I don't know how anyone registered at all today. Yesterday I could understand, but with the activity right now and the number of pages you must have to go through to register your account when I can only load the username page once over several hours is just unbelievable to me.
