Eh, no one would lose anything if Sega stopped making Sports games... as long as Sports =/= Racing.

OR how about we all sell our cars and houses and whatever, buy some pitch forks, torches, maybe a suitcase bomb or two, and some plane tickets to Japan. Then we make Sega and Sonic Team feel our wrath!

Why does this make SO much sense to me?

Also Hrithmus, tell that to our fellow pirate gamers. If they stop Robbing Sega then JUST PERHAPS, they could afford more servers.

That seems like a rather nice option to me.

They will get right on that, SEGA will, perhaps when this other current workload slows down.

Release date fiasco with maintenance day = Every Thursday, 5pm to 10pm GMT-7 (http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com/community_maintenance.php) is quite a busy office.

A little too late to "get wiff more servers!"

Could someone please tell me what to do. SEGA has no number you can call. The only number i found was the number in the back of the instruction book, and all that does is tell you about up and coming sega games. There is no number for Playsega also. The only thing you can do is talk by E-Mail....I did about 4 hours of research and found nothing. I got billed 2 times but my previous purchases said my card was denied. THIS IS FALSE. You do in fact get charged. They took the money out of my account. I have transaction history and even called my bank. They do in fact take the money out. So im sitting on $-60. And i get another error about how my Subscription is no good and i need to buy another one??? I'll be taking legal action ASAP if they don't figure out whats wrong soon.

You can't really sue them for a bug in the Billing System unless they refuse to refund your money. Which they haven't, because you have yet to actually contact them.

You also shouldn't have been trying to buy a Guardian License while the servers were bugging out. You took a risk, and it back-fired.

(One topic (the No-CD key one) complains about Sega possibly losing money.
This one questions Sega possibly being money hungry. I love this place.)

It's suspicious enough for a billing department not to have a number or even a live chat. I haven't found anything for Playsega past the FAQ and email myself; not one phone number.

As a customer, he has a valid dispute (I don't know about taking legal action over $60, though). I couldn't find where it was stated the billing servers were acting up (unless I overlooked something).
