OK, in FFXI they ripped people off by billing them a full month even if they signed up on the last day of the month.

Does anyone know if Sega is pulling the same BS before we all decide to sign up tonight or tommorow and not wait until the first?

You pay for 30 day intervals. So if you buy it the 27th this month, it will last until the 26th in the next month, 30 days later.

It'd suck if it's true, but as of now, we just don't know. Hopefully it's based on the 30 day system, not the month system?

actally no, ffxi charged you per day, so if there was one day left in the month when you signed up they would charge you about 70cents. this only counts when you first subscribe.

Hehe, well, that's not what they charged me when I signed up on the 28th day of the month. They charged me a whole month and THEN I called them and they told me that it is their policy. Go ahead, give 'em a call and see.

i like how canadians are being ripped off completely. its $9.99 american. the canadian dolla r is trading at 0.85 cents of the american dollar. Therfore, it should be 15% more. that would be $11.49, but guess what, its not that. ITS $14.99 THATS 50% MORE!!!!!!!!! THATS FUCKING BULLSHIT IM SP PISSED AT THEM RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!

You are probably right, it was on a reactivation. They didn't say that that's what it was when I called, but Jeez, they have to press the enter key and it costs you $12.95
