PS2 Online Registration Question

I'm kinda confused with getting online for PS2. I didn't find any type of key inside my case, so I'm assuming the PS2 version doesn't need an activation code to play online?

You are correct, sir. I registered with Playsega via my PC and was able to login to the PS2 version easily. No CD-Key required.

yeah there was another thread talking about this and how easily the game could be easily reproduced...atleast the pc version
