I know for a fact that japanese PSU PC Gamers need a constant internet connection even when playing offline.

It this the same with the US PC Version of PSU ?

No, in options, check "Do not save game data to server" and you can play oflline mode without connecting.

Yeah, I played some offline last night during the billing/login server downtime, after I read Parn's topic.

I was able to play offline no problem.
