Planet Moatoob network mode

How do I get there or unlock it? Its blocked off at the space colony, but I have Parum and whatever the other planet unlocked. Can anyone help me please?

In the Beta I think you had to be level five to go there...I'm probably wrong...If that helps

It simply hasnt been added yet. So maybe in a couple weeks when we get an Update, we might get moatoob. Unfortunetly it took a quite a while for it to be opened up on the japanese version (like a month i think) will be the same with NA version.

They'll most likely open it up once they iron out most of the prohibitive issues with the authorization and game servers.

Those are the only places so far. We are stuck with it until Moatoob is open.

Moatoob, as well as some missions, have been artificially locked "to preserve replay value". So, we gotta suck it up.
