Why do they run so.. slow?..

In graphic options, set your FrameSkip to 1.
See if that fixes it.

(I'm assuming everything seems to run in slow-motion because the game is trying to render every single frame...)

For some reason Ethan runs incredibly slow.. Is my memory of PSO bad or is it not supposed to be this way?.. My god, I can crawl faster than this..

Frame skip? No such options exist! But my character is running about a quarter of the speed you see characters in trailers/clips move..

Edit: Nevermind I found it.. Trying it now..

@_@ Okay, now I am frustrated.. This is so much more complicated than PSOBB.. I can't save my game, he's still running slow as hell, and nothing's helping.. He takes a step about every second. *Sigh* And to think, I had to put up with getting a box with the wrong game disk inside, and now this? XD DAMN, Sega..

The server thing is pissing me off, but other than that, the game's fine. Had a few hardware issues but sorted 'em out, got it running all purdy-like...

Set the resolution as low and possible, set to 16 bit color, full screen mode, and low graphic settings, and post-effects off.

Gosh I am so glad I didn't get the PC version. Consoles FTW! Anyways I say that cuz the 360 version has only lagged a teensy bit twice.

If you're running slow, you're lagging. I suggest lowest settings to run smoothly for PC.

Dude I had the same problem...I posted a thread bitchin bout it earlier....but I updated my video card drivers from nvidia.com ...then lowered the graphics under options in the start panel...and finally set my internet explorer to " high priority" under the processes in crtl + alt + del


Now my chars don't look the greatest ...a little choppy...but Im sneaking by with a 2.0ghz pent 4....with a g4 mb card...and my chars move just as fast as everyoner else now...so it worked for me ....its worth a shot...I know how frustrating it was to just get to a room as everyone else was finished clearin it out ....AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
