Cut-in Chat?

so uh...the instruction booklet is telling me nothing. How do i acess Cut-in Chat?

2) Tab+Enter
3) PROFIT

PC or Xbox?

PC = Tab + Enter
360 = Hold RT and Press OK

I remember somebody posted a usefull thread on chat features, and I beleive I'm blind because I can't find them again >_>

and other misc. things were covered in the post...


Anybody know where I can find it?
