Newbie questions about the missions

I have a question. Is there any way to return to the "outposts" without going through the missions again? I finished the first and second mission of the colony and I decided to return to the city.

I would like to return to the outpost without having to go through all the missions all over again. Is there any way?

Also, does every mission gives you a reward? I finished the second mission, Food Hunt I think it was and I didnt get a reward ><.

You only get a reward for getting a B rank or better. C rank yields nothing.

There's usuallly a person outside the Flyer Base who will teleport you back to the Field Base, but only if there's a Party Member still residing at the Field Base (at least, that's how it worked in the Beta.
