more missions?

after you beat the first missions on the planets how do you open up more?

I think someone told me in a party I was in that you need to be level 15 in order to get into the second mission on Parum. I don't know if this is true or not.

As I happen to have the Famitsu mission guide on my lap right now its lvl 15 for B version of the 2nd mission but lvl 1 is fine for C.

but arent there more missions then just 1 for each place besides different versions of the same mission?

Yeah, but I've no idea how many your version has right now, I play on the updated Jp version.
