I just bought one for 1000 meseta and i learned it. Now how do I use it in battle?

Go to your weapons menu and link it to your weapon that you're using. Remember, every photon art is only applicable to one weapon type, so buy dagger PA's for daggers, sword for sword, etc. After you link your PA to your weapon, you can use it by pressing the secondary attack button, Up or Y or Triangle.

Just a tip...your photon art lvls up the more you use it correctly

Also... once your PA reaches 11, you'll earn a second combo for that specific PA, if your a hunter that is.

the more you use your PA the more it will level up.

PA includes skills, bullets and techniques.

Well, basically every hit registered while doing a PA levels it up. You can actually check the progress of the PA. It is near the status of your character in the in-game menu

Question: I bought a 2handed sword photon art and then tried to equip it and it didn't work, it doesn't show up on my list of photon arts. I tried to take the weapon off my palette but that didn't work. I bought the right photon art for the right weapon. Also i know i bought it because the money loss and when im in the disc buy menu it shows 2 photon arts green. Im right before going to the planet in chapter 2. thanks

You need to use the skill you bought. Go to you inventory list 3 (Or where ever the monomates go in your inventory) and use it. Go to your weapon inventory (list 1) and equip the PA to the weapon it's for.

I leveled my PA (Rising Strike) to level 10 and now its Blue and will not gain any more experience. I am level 14. Is there a cap on it or is it maxed out until more PAs come out?
