Ranger: Where do I find Dark/Light bullets?

None of shops on Guardian Colony, Parum, or Neudaiz carry them, only fire, ice, earth, lightening. How do I get these bullets for my Ranger?

You have to wait for the update. . . Dark and light bullets have yet to be released in the English version.
