I talked to Abdur about that game before.

Later I bought it for a friend.

Never played it myself.

Nohting doesn't exist and the typo cannot be changed by edit thread, so Battlecry vote get.

You can't, by the way.

You actually can vote for "The absence of something."

Votes
Nohting 66 % 66.67 % (2)
Robotech 33 % 33.33 % (1)

I didn't vote for the spelling error.

And by voting, I actually did something, possibly.

You did something but you didn't do Something-- meaning you weren't playing Robotech.

Maybe playing it on one of those new shiny Silver Slim PS2's I saw a bunch of yesterday would make it better by enough increments to be playable?

No. . . The only thing that could save Robotech is the control scheme being changed, redoing the combat system, making a new story with cutscenes, changing the robot transform abilities into individual ones for each bot, not just robo, jet, robo/jet, and renaming it.

Is it worse than the Transformers game?

Robot games can get complicated

STEEL BIGASS CONTROLLER BATTALLION style!

Go Mechassault 2 and DOWN WITH MECH WARRIOR. IT WAS A BAD IDEA TO ALLOW PLAYERS TO CUSTOMIZE THEIR MECHS. YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE EVERY DAMN PERSON TURNS THEIR BALANCED MECH INTO A SNIPING MACHINE THAT BARELY RUNS AT 50kph AND RUINS ANY POSSIBILITY OF USING A LIGHTER MECH WITH HOPES OF VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11111111ONE

Yeah.

And your guy can fall out and get stepped on.

In Mechassault, you can get out but that's it. In MECHWARRIOR, YOUR MECH JSUT TIPS OVER AND THE SERVER LATENCY IS ALWAYS ABOVE 100 EVEN IF YOU HAVE HIGHSPEED INTERNETZ!!!! YOU GET TO PUT LOTTSA LEAD ONJ TARGETZZZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

never played it, my blockbuster doesn't carry many mech battle games *cry* I think all they have for PS2 is SLAI or something and that sucked. I would have rather played the old armored core games than that one.
