Special Weapons?

I picked PSU in the first day and I was wondering if anyone out there that's a higher Lv. then I can answer. Are there still special weapons? like there were in pso. the only strange thing I've found was in the main storyline a red triangled item with a ton of stars called vargha nail or something like that is this like the rappy wings in pso?

any idea what I do with the V. nail?

I'd assume it's an ingredient for something then. I wouldn't listen to me though.

in pso you almost never found any rare weapons in normal mode unless you were incredibly lucky, so dont lsoe hope so quick here, were still relatively low level.
