GC: Wedding lobby theme?

I read about this before and Barubary6 just said that it is a lobby theme on the servers in another post, mentioning its decor(flowers).

How would someone activate this theme?
Is it preset to a lobby number?

I would not want to see these things everywhere in place of regular lobby themes if I can.
Nothing worse than entering a lobby and finding out its a wedding, thus someone telling you to "get the hell out!"

It's a special mode, just like Halloween mode, that can only be activated through the server. Sonic Team controls whether a lobby is in Wedding mode. Clara and I can access it through a cheat (but only we see/hear it).
