Does anyone know where you buy the debuff/buff Disks at? such as "Shifta", "Retier" etc?

You can't, they're not ingame yet.

They will come with an update... I'm waiting for them fervently as well. I finally finished purchasing every spell that's available.

we're assuming they'll come with an update. So far, theres been no word even on the japanese version of them ever being released. Which means on the US servers, 3 months at the earliest.
