View Full Version : Dilemma..going to eb soon, which version ps2 or 360?

Whats the advantages/disadvantages. I don't have an hdtv. As a matter of fact i don't have a 360, it's out for repairs and wont be back for about 2 weeks. But, tonight i am going to eb to reserve ffxii, and am thinking of getting psu for the ps2 instead, seeing as i will be able to come home and play it right away, as opposed to waiting with the game, but no system to play it on for 2 weeks. What are the disadvantages on the ps2 version?

None, that I see of. The only thing that the 360 has over the PS2 is that the 360 has smoother textures and voice chat support. Other than that...none that I know of.

Just get it for ps2 then.
Doesn't FF12 come out soon? IN like another week or two? If yes then forget about getting it for 360 as by the time it comes back from being repaired FF12 will be out and you are going to be playing that mostly instead.

So I say just get it for the ps2.

No one should wait two weeks for PSU even tho the 360 version is superior. Get the PS2 version

i say that you get 360 ver if your friends are on. other than dat (SIGH) i recommend the..... the... PS2 version. :b

get the 360 version; easier to update, better support, graphically superior...
but it boils down to where your friends are

360 version! Mainly because I'm on and I want a big community. Oh yeah the graphics are like a high-end PCs' if that helps.
