GC: GameCube PSO Much Easier?

I find that this version of Episode 1 is 10x easier than PSO DC v2. I'm level 103 and can destroy forest ultimate in about 15 minutes, whereas at level 103 is PSODC forest i rememebr i couldn't survive and needed help until about lvl 114 with a forces shifta/deband and using my zalure. i'm not complaiining. i actually like it better this way. and as for leveling being faster, i think that sonic team is smart for doing that because i wouldn't pay to play one character for 300 hours to get to level 200. I mean thad just be plain BORING. however im assuming it'll only take me 250 hours to reach level 200. seeing as how fast some people level allready. Omega Weapon is allready 135 and he told me he bairly had 133 hours. That's the same with Sedyne for me. He's level 103 and i have 102 hours on him. And today was the first day i actually stayed in an ultimate game for longer than 10 minutes. from level 80-100 i was leveling in vhard.

I'm level 161 and my total time is 439 hours. And I do nothing else but level up my character.

Let's see, in my first week of PSO on the gamecube, I got to level 50.

On my first week of PSO dor the dreamcast, I was at level 17.

Lol, I dont think you'll be on level 200 by 250 hours. I have just below 100 and Im level 90. I try to play Ultimate but Vhard is also good.


Im going to hit lvl 100 within 3 weeks of getting the game. On DC I hit lvl 100 in like 2-3 months, But I also didnt play the way I do now. By 2 months on DC I had only about 100 hours, so I dont find it muhc easier to level(but I do agree that to a degree it is a little bit easier).

I got Bo into Ult in a surprisingly short amount of time considering he didn't have any equipment hand-me-downs. Now that he is I don't feel the need to just play one char since I can always join my friends no matter what difficulty they are playing in.. It'll take me a LOOOOOONG time to get lv200, far longer than most who got the game the day after its domestic release I think..

Its a weird feeling but yeah I feel its easier on the GC than DC. I think its mainly because of the stat changes like how the RaMar has the highest accuracy of the rangers (I love the Ramars so pretty much I can dedicate myself towards making one).

C-mode is definetely easier. Phalanx, a HUnewearl, managed to use a handgun in C2 - this was unthinkable in the DC version.

Considering that Episode II is harder, I think the stat increases are justified. Funny thing is, not many players play Episode II.

I'm at level 50 and I've barely played at all. Also you no longer hjave to be at level 50 just to beat NORMAL mode. I've almost beaten Hard mode on Episode 2.
