Leveling Tecs?

Does anyone know offhand the specifics of leveling tecs?

Do you recieve more "tec xp" for hitting higher level mobs? Do you have to hit mobs at all?

How about resta? Does it need to actually heal hp to gain xp? Do you get more xp for more healing? Does healing others give more xp?

Pretty much just want to know the best way to level Resta and a few of the attack tecs a bit higher before playing with real players.

Honestly, it hasn't been something a whole lot of experimenting has actually been done on. I would imagine you would have to at least heal HP/deal damage/tag enemies in some manner, otherwise one could just stand in place spamming Photon Arts the entire time.

Hit things / heal things.

I mean seriosuly, its the only way to level them.

For resta, I believe you do need to be healing...

Of course, on a newman, level 1 resta=full heal at level 6, I'm in no hurry.
