SUV on a PC Keyboard

Ok, title says it all. I'm using an XBOX360 pad and SUV's work fine. MY friend is on a regular pc keyboard and SUV's wont work. Can anyone explain what we are doing wrong. I can't get the SUV to launch unless I mash the combination like 3-4 times. He can't get it at all. PLEASE HELP! 24k weapon with no instructions!

We both have B class armor with B class SUV, same armor and eveything. Thanks!

Yeah we tried to figure it out, but we are at a standstill.

On a 360 controller (with PSU setup for Xbox 360) you just need to be standing still, and press X+Y.

[HAYABUSA-FMW-]

You have to be stationary, then press Regular attack and Photon Art/Special attack at the same time once your meter builds up, whatever that corresponds to on PC- without a controller.

An onscreen prompt should show up next to your action palette on the bottom right of the screen.
