Using resta?

I just bought and learned resta....someone told me I have to combine it wiht a wep like a photon art?? ok...so I see it in the photon art section....but when I click on it it doesn;t give me an option to do anything...is it because I am trying to use it wuth the wrong wep type? I have tried it wiith a saber and sword equipped...nothin...please someone explain how I can use resta after I "learned" it ...thanks in advance

Resta with a cast weapon : Wand/Rods so unless your a force u will have to wait till you change.....

so are teh fire techs for a saber or sword?

All techs only work for Rods/Wands
