help using resta

i was wondering how you use resta on psu cause i bought it and learned it but how do i like equip it or use it?!?!?

you set it to a wand or rod

well i have a human character sooi sont use those...

race shouldnt matter, but you have to make sure you are a Force to be able to equip Wands and Rods

then set the spell to the weapon like you do with melee/bullet weapon skills
