O man I love this game didnt get to go online yet but played the story and I love it soon as I got to chapter 5 I unlocked the extre mode and started playing in It as soon as possable I got to level 30 with in two days with my beast hunter and im loving the nanoblast man this game is awesome.

It's really good. I decided to do single-player before I jump online and I'm really liking it... although I may end up going online before I'm done anyway ^_^

I'm satisfied so far. It's a decent challenge and has a nice populated community already on the 360. Yesterday I estimated there was around 10,000 people playing at once.

I'm having fun, although getting to 20 so I can use my really expensive SUV is dragging me down.

this game is so awsome, i get home, play it, go to school, get home play it, played it all day today and the same tomorrow,its totally awsome!! and im on the chapter4 in story and thats awsome. there r somethings they could fix, like open up maotoob, and fix some lags and stuff.
but all and all its my favorite game ever, ive already played it more than any other game ever except for KH(im lv 100) and PSOepI&II XD

I like the game but.... Something just misses the cool looking rares of old. I hope there is something close to it in here. Also I would love to see..... well anybody my xbox shows ppl from a distance but when I get close everybody is gone both PC and NPC's. Ah well loving the game thou!!!

If anyone bad talks this game really isn't a Phantasy Star fan,and really shouldn't be a member here,or anywhere Phantasy Star Related .... lol! The game is freakin amazing i mean NPCs talk to you and are friendly, the majority of the community (at least on Universe 15) is always in an uplifting mood i mean good times thus far. The only time i get frustrated with the game is when i d/c die or someone else dies where then your rank is just doomed after that. Aside from that though great game.

I'm enjoying it alot. I had my doubts going in, but it's more than met my expectations. I look forward to seeing what additional content is added in the coming months. Not to mention, actually going online and playing with people. I'm just playing offline right now.

I had some pretty high expectations going in and now I'm more than happy with it.

I just hope that there are a lot more areas to play online.

And now that my brother got a 360 and PSU(finally pulled him away from ffxi), all I really want fixed is the voice chat.

I'm loving the game! the action is fast and the gameplay is familar yet very unique. leveling is a little too easy, though you really have to repeat missions to do it. I would like to see more early rares even if they weren't all that uber. the only thing availible now seems to be the svaltus sword (kubara, board and relic edge). I know more stuff is coming in the update but more should have been avalible from the get go. other than that it's nearly spot on!

I meet people daily that never played PSO. They have played WoW or FFXI. They do nothing but rave about how much FUN PSU is...
It's not work. It's not penalizing everyone for one PC sucking( I mean that no PT gets wiped and you don't get the old Delevel sound...)Nobody is expecting you to be on at this time or else.
It is just plain fun to play, pure and simple!!!

So much fun, even repeating missions is fun. Despite the shoddy hit detection and general incompleteness of the game, it's fun. Complete turnaround from PSO. It's this much fun now, just imagine how much fun it'd be when they actually add Moatoob and the rest of the weapons and bosses...

It's fun, but I never knew how much I would need meseta in the beginning. Hell, it's harder to find than the game was (took all day to find a copy!).

I like it, but PSO was better (in my opinion) in some ways. I prefer the original art direction, I liked having weapon drops (and I don't mean like in PSU, where the chance a weapon is dropped is like 1/10000), MAG > PM, etc.

Also, the unreasonably low amount of room decoration options and CAST parts (clothes) stinks. ><

I agree, clothes suck and I wasn't happy with the hair either. Also, the weapon thing DOES suck because now grinding a weapon is almost not even worth it. Still, fun game and pretty hard to put down.

Oh, but PS: I do agree that MAGs > PM. I miss some of the PSO qualities, but if I end up missing them THAT much, I'll just take a break and play PSO lol. Overall, PSU ftw. The giant cities with multiple areas and floors is awesome. I love the community, and even offline it feels like people are with you.

I like the game...the player owned stores option blew me away when I found out about it .....I am missing the sections IDs....though...don't know why..lol...and I also miss telepipes!!

I like it! Story Mode is very well done, its not perfect, but the dialogue and voice acting is good (cept chapter 1) but besides that everything is good. I'll be going online tonight

At first I was a little put-off by PSU, but once I started to get used to the controls and started making friends in-game everything changed.

I LOVE the combat system. Different weapons really FEEL different. I love using dual blades and *not* locking on and instead spinning around, spreading the damage all over and temporarily stunning the enemies.

Relics Runs are hypnotic and so much fun.

PA combo's RULE!!! Once I got rising strike past 10 it got really cool.

So much to buy and synth, gotta keep getting s-ranks!

I like it a lot. I just wish there were more areas. At least in PSO, you weren't repeating the same area over and over again, you were moving on to the next one (forest to cave, in stead of forest again and again). But the gameplays fun, and i'm still looking forward to making a war techer.

I love it. Its wonderful to have the PSO heritage back. I have some criticisms, mostly in the sound department, but overall SEGA did a good job.

I never played ep.2 I was cheap back then and wouldn't pay a monthly fee, so i quit when they started charging for Hunterslicenses.

And my point wasn't that you do the same areas, you do the same AREA. In PSO, you beat forest, you move on to caves. In PSU, you beat Parum, and since it's such a hassle to move to another planet you usually just stay on parum, doing forest 2 or relics again and again. If you had the option to automatically move on to nedaiz after you beat Parum, that would be better. Or when they unlock the train mission.

Right outside each mission is a transit diamond (or whatever they're called): Just go to your room then whatever planet and you're there. It's like 10 seconds. Though that would break up the team and if you have a good that's a drag, I guess.
