Nanocarbon?

Does anyone know where nanocarbon drops? I've seen nanosilica in Relics so I tried some Relics B but no nanocarbon so far.

Grab someone with some luck to lead your party and try again , those silica from those five boxes can spawn as nano carbon , I found four in one run once.

I've found 4 pieces on about 20 or so sleeping warrior c runs.

actually this nanocarbon low drop rate has me wondering if theres a materials upgrade board that makes nanocarbon from nanosilica

Does he mean the five boxes on level 3 that have the photon charger by them? I got a monomate from them >.>

And yeah, I was wondering if tehre was an upgrade board like for the metals and woods, but no luck.

no there is a room that is empty when you get to it with 5 boxes on the far wall. monsters spawn when you break them.

Wth, I must have totally missed that even though I recall seeing mobs pop when I destroyed some boxes. I'll do another run.

this room doesnt spawn every run. I think its the same map that has the photon recharge cube in front of the exit gate.
