I know at lvl 20 classes are able to get nanoblasts or something like that. Does anyone know where to get them for each race?

Beasts go to the makeover shop and get the nanoblast tattoos, while CASTs need to buy an armor with an extra slot, and then buy a SUV weapon unit.
Newmans and Humans get nothing.
