I recently acquired level 20 Beast, though, I do not know how to obtain a blast badge, could someone elaborate?

Im not a beast but, isnt it the clothing shop?

I think it's the shop where you can change your character's aperance and stuff.

It's inside the Makeover shop for 10k meseta, at level 20.
