Is there any way to increase a base stat with an item?

I recently made a Twin Ripper (5-star twin dagger), but my base ATP is a little lower than the requirement; I have 212 ATP and the weapon requires 215 ATP. Instead of grinding to the next level, is there something I can equip or use to increase my base stat?
