is the max skill level for PA's already set to 30?

I have my knuckle skill up to about 16, and was wondering if we are already able to max them out? I can't wait to get the final extension for them, knucks pwn!

Currently, since Expert Classes aren't out, skills only go up to 20.

do you know if I get the final extension at lvl 20 or does it have to be 21?
