How do I upgrade my weapons? (i.e. B to A)

Once you hit a certain level you should be able to use B rank weapons etc. A ranks aren't available yet. The weapon itself can only be stat upgraded through grinding.

buy need to obtain the higher ranks

before buying from a shop, search player shops. i just got some b rank knuckles grinded three times for only 3k SCOORE

You DON'T.

The rank is the quality of the weapon. It doesn't go up. To get a higher ranked weapon, BUY IT.

EDIT: Unless you're talking about being able to USE higher grade weapons? In which case, gain some mission points to increase your job level.

Err... keep going? Jobs can reach level 10 maximum.

You will be able to use alot of weapons, lots of which will be S rank. You'll also have some minor stat boosts and access to advanced jobs (once they're released by SEGA).

Leveling your job does not directly increase the ranks of weapons you can use, all it does right now is give you stat bonuses
