TECH video (1-30 for each spell)

I know I saw someone post it somewhere in these forums but I can't for the life of me find it and I really want to see it again. Could someone paste the link of the video or at least a link to the thread it's posted in?

There was a topic for lv30 techs, but if you are asking for 1 to 30 of each.. that's too much to ask!

There is a video that shows each tech at level 1 and at level 21+. They only change at levels 11 and 21 so it isn't that bad.

Unfortunately I don't have a link for it atm and wouldn't mind seeing it again myself.
