where is everyone? i cant seem to find any psow people on psu isnt our universe 15?

Try actually going to a Universe where their are STARS lit up. I know 15 is supposed to be our Universe but what happens is people join 15 and see that 2 or 3 have most of the people so they go there and you get where this is going....

hehe I've seen a few people.. Like Parn (in clothes) and getinthegame (or is it getintothegame ? o_o) on Universe 15

I solo all time so I don't really notice the server populations that much.

I pretty much only frequent Server 7. I've found a lot of psobb people i knew in this one also.
