quick noob question

Ummm what is STA for in this game since lvl1 its been 10 i dont get it. any feedback on this is greatly appreciated thanks. I posted this on game discussion but this forum seems more lively please help.

Having searched the manual other PSU related sites would have been able to give you this info. It's used to resist status effects, like the never-mentioned ESP in PSO.
