I'm curious to know if anyone has made either of these armors and if you have, what slots do they have? I've got the meseta but I want an armor with body, arm and extra slots... kinda bad to waste 15k on an armor you don't want, you know? Anyhow, any information would be much appreciated! Thanks.

I saw a shot of the Gigaline earlier - it's got B/A/E.

Edit: Here you go, found em:

I succesfully made a Gigaline armor just recently - with only a 37% chance >_>

Works wonders...nothing can touch you (but being a level 42 already allows for this, anyway).

Where do you hunt to get the Gigaline armor?

I have the materials for both of them. I just want to see what the second option is before buying the board.

the boards for both of these armors can be purchased from the synthesis shop in the west district of Parum. The npc that sells the Rods/guns boards, will have all the armor boards as well.

Also keep in mind these require stupid amounts of materials, so you need to factor these into your costs. The five star Youmei one (name escapes me) requires 15 Maresline's and 15 Ortacarbons. Keep in mind in 71 hours I have yet to find a single ortacarbon, and they cost 2500 each in the shop. Yay! The gigaline IIRC requires 15 nanocarbons and 15 of something else that's fairly common though. And I only have 1 nanocarbon >_>

I thought it required 6 Nanocarbon...

I have a feeling that the cresline is gonna be geared more towards magic users with a headslot instead of an arm or body one.

*blink* *blink* I just read that someone was level 41, and also someone has played for more than 72 hours.... I am speechless. Ok so 72 hours is 3 days. You have to factor in work (if it is applicable for that individual), time to eat, sleep of course (sarcasm at its finest), and time to use the restroom (that is unless you do what Cartman did in that South Park ep. when they were playing WoW.. -_-) You could not even get 72 hours if you played for 10 hours a day since the game has been out....

Cresline is a GRM manufactured armour....

GRM is geared towards rangers generally.

If you want magic user armour, find Youmei armour. (usualy something like Hal-Senba)

EDIT: oh, and all the "line" armours are GRM.
Can't remeber the names of the TENORA WORKS armour though... they have funny sounding names.

EDIT2: Checked extra mode, gigaline has 88def, 137eva, an arm and an extra slot. cresline is the same, only without any slots.

EDIT3: Just looked at the pictures there... geuss the stats are different online.

Looking at it right now, gigaline requires:

10 Ban-photon
6 Marseline (probably what you were thinking of)
15 Nanocarbon

3 chances, 37% base success rate
