Offline Question.

This is a question geared toward people who have beaten offline story mode or at least close to it. Right now I'm in chapter 9 and I'm wondering does the makeover shop in offline mode open at all? I've looked through some faqs and searched through the forums and haven't found anything to answer my question. So anybody who has beaten offline story is makeover something only for online users or does the makeover shop open in offline upon beating the game? Since I would like to use the makeover shop for my EXTRA mode character.

Sorry if this has been asked before since I did make sure to look through the forum and faqs before asking and didn't find anything concerning this.

The Make Up room is open when you get Extra mode and is for extra mode characters (it's where beasts obtain their Nanoblasts).
