Shops. So how do I do this?

So, I just bought a ticket for a shop, use it in the Decorating menu on my PM. My screen goes black and I end up in Universe 1 Lobby... So how do I do this? does it take time to set up?

After you go back to the lobby, go back into your room. Welcome to your new shop. (If you used the crystal-thingy to warp into the room part itself, go through the door to your new shop.)

That's supposed to happen, your shop is now connected to your room and your PM is running it. :B

Does anyone know how much it cost to set a shop up? How can you browse other peoples shops? Is it online 24/7 or only when your online? Can you still feed your PM if he is selling stuff for you?

it costs 15,ooo to get a shop

go to the computer in your real room and go to search shops(the computer where you go to friends rooms, to the left of wehre your PM is if you dont have a shop)

its online 24/7 yes. one time i got home from work and had 5620 waiting for me

yes, you still feed for PM and its the same old thing, its just in a differnt spot, and you sell stuff with a computer on the shop desk you dont go through your PM. But in order to sell you need to store it in your PM's Storage

Thanks guys, I was worried for a bit, i set it up made about 5k last night http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif. Now to figure out the right prices... I had nano silica or orta silica cant remmeber selling for cheap then I went to another shop and saw it for 1.2k D=.

OOOOO last shop question... Does the game take a cut of the sold item cost? Do you have to pay a fee to post items in the shop? Or is it free?

I'm pretty sure that there is no fee, you make 100% on all items you sell.

What is the going rate for most items online: synth items, potions, weapons, etc.?

I would like to price items competitively, but I would also like to make a little profit.

hmm after reading this maybe i should give up trying to get clothes and open up a shop. im thinking as long as the shop prices arent over teh npcs prices all is far.

I try to keep my prices under 50% of what the npc shops have sometimes lower oh and if you catch me in my shop and you ask me nicely i'll proly give you a discount if you are from here.
