Ray-Photons Where can I get?

I need some ray photons for synthesis couldnt find anyone selling them. Anyone know where I can find them?

I may have some spare in my storage that I can throw up in my shop for you.

However, Ray-Photons are ice elemental, and thus have a chance of dropping from any ice elemental enemy.

Edit: Fixed - I was wrong on the element. Also, I've got none in storage, sadly, or I'd put them up for sale. =/

I have like...a seemingly infinite supply of lower-rank materials. Just go do a bunch of the Crank Linear Line missions, i usually walk away with atleast 5 of every basic photon...sometimes i get 25+...stupid megi-photons...

as Remedy said, ice monsters drop ice photons. You'd likely want to hunt shikon or agata for it. I sell them in my shop when I do have spares since as a ranger, ice is pretty worthless to me.
