How do I equip a tecnic? O_o

I searched the board a bunch of times and I still can't find an answer. I'd try PSUpedia but it seems to be down...

I'm playing offline and I just learned Resta. I can't seem to find a way to use it, though. I'm a hunter at the moment but I think hunters can use technics?
I also learned a photon art and putting it onto a weapon was easy. It dosen't seem like you have to do that with technics, though...

Yeah, a nub question, but it's not like I didn't try before I asked.

You do it the same way you did the Photon Art. I think technics can only be applied to wands, staffs, etc.

Techs can't be used by hunters, only Melee skills.

You have to use the disc first to "learn" it, then it has to be linked to a keystroke on your weapon to be used.

I believe you can still learn an art that you're not able to use atm, but you'll still not be able to use it till you're an appropiate class. Also, you keep all learned skills even if you change jobs (unless you unlearn one).
