suv question

i have my armor, and my suv unit equipped....do i have to be lvl 20 before i can use it? because i'm lvl 19

Yup. LV 20 minimum.

The meter is located under your HP and EXP bars and fills up as you attack enemeies and take damage.

When its full it will glow/shine on the meter and you press the Regular Attack and Photon Art Attack buttons at the same time when standing still.

While its loading/preparing, you can aim it with the left control stick/movement keys before it automatically shoots.
